If you need to return an item for any reason, it couldn't be easier with CollectPlus.
Complete your details above to start the returns process. You will be emailed a CollectPlus label which you can pop on the front of your package and then drop it off at any of the 7,000 local stores offering CollectPlus services.
If you are returning your item for a refund, the charge for this service is just £2.50 which will be deducted from your refund when your return has been processed. If you are exchanging your item, there is no charge for this service.

Should you be a non UK customer or don’t have CollectPlus near you, please use your local postage service. We would always advise using some form of tracked service.
You will be emailed a Return Authorisation confirmation to print out and include in your package. If you don't have a printer, don't worry, please include a note stating the Return Authorisation Number that will be stated on the email. This is so that we can match your return to your original order and process it as quickly as possible.
Your item must be unworn and returned in its original condition. Solillas aren't liable for your item while it is in transit back to us or any returns postage incurred unless your item is faulty.
All refunds and exchanges are processed within 10 working days of receiving the item back to our Returns Department.
