Our vegetable delivery arrived from our local greengrocer and it is FULL of tomatoes! Time to remember all our favourite tomato based recipes 🍅🍅🍅

One of our favourite Catalan breakfasts is Pan con Tomate.

We found a couple of bits of sourdough in the freezer, but any bread is fine. Toast it. Cut a clove of garlic in half, rub the garlic across the toasted sourdough. Stick the rest of the garlic in the fridge for dinner. Grate a tomato and pile onto of your toast and then drizzle with olive oil.
