How long do I stay in a Chapter?
Your Chapter is based on the total Sol Points you’ve earned over the past two years (730 days), including points you have already redeemed.
If I redeem points, will I lose my Chapter status?
No. Redeeming your points reduces your points balance, but your Chapter is based on your total points earned over two years, so your progress towards Chapters continues, even as you spend your points on rewards.
Do my points expire?
Yes, your Sol Points expire two years (730 days) after you earn them, giving you plenty of time to use your rewards.
How do referrals work?
Invite your friends, and they’ll get £5 off their first order. Once they’ve shopped, you’ll collect Sol Points too.
